Monthly Service Plan
- This is our ongoing full-time monthly service plan.
- We charge a commission of the gross revenue.
- There is also a one-time set-up fee.
Weekend Service Plan
- This is our ongoing full-time weekend service plan
- We charge a commission of the net revenue for stays from Friday night till Monday morning
- There is also a one-time set-up fee (only when we’re managing more than four consecutive weekend reservations)
On Call Service Plan
- This is our one-time client service plan
- This is based on guest turnover alone
- We charge a commission on the gross revenue for short-term service
- We waive our set-up fee

- Airbnb Fee is 3% of Gross Revenue.
